1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Kridona ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. We may update these terms from time to time — continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
2. Account Registration
To use Kridona, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.
3. User Responsibilities
- You are solely responsible for the content you generate, publish, or deploy using the Platform.
- You must not use the Platform to generate content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or infringes on the rights of others.
- You are responsible for ensuring your generated applications comply with applicable laws and regulations.
- You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or disrupt the Platform's services.
4. Intellectual Property
You own your apps. All application code, content, and assets generated through Kridona belong to you. You may use, modify, deploy, and commercialize your generated applications without restriction. Kridona does not claim any ownership over your generated work.
The Kridona platform itself — including its interface, branding, templates, and underlying technology — remains the intellectual property of Kridona. You may not copy, redistribute, or resell the Platform itself.
5. Payment and Billing
- Credit system: Builds and AI features consume credits. Credit balances are displayed in your account dashboard.
- Subscriptions: Paid plans (Starter, Pro, Scale) are billed monthly and auto-renew unless canceled before the next billing cycle.
- Credit packs: One-time credit purchases do not expire but are non-refundable — all credit pack sales are final, including unused credits.
- Marketplace & Community Store: All app purchases are final. A refund is only available if a purchased app is broken at the time of sale. See our Refund Policy for details.
- Price changes: We may adjust pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscriptions honor the current price until the next renewal.
6. Marketplace and Community Store
- Revenue split: Sellers on the Community Store receive 70% of each sale. Kridona retains 30% as a platform fee.
- Prohibited content: You may not list applications that contain malware, violate third-party rights, promote illegal activity, or contain misleading descriptions.
- App review: All Community Store listings are subject to review before publication. Kridona reserves the right to reject or remove listings that violate these terms.
- Marketplace apps: Pre-built marketplace apps are sold as-is, with source code delivered immediately upon purchase. All sales are final unless the app is defective at the time of sale — see our Refund Policy.
7. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use Kridona to:
- Generate or distribute illegal content, including content that promotes violence, hate speech, or exploitation.
- Create applications that contain malware, spyware, or any form of malicious code.
- Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Platform beyond normal use.
- Impersonate other users, organizations, or Kridona staff.
- Overwhelm the Platform with automated requests or abuse rate limits.
- Resell access to the Platform or its AI capabilities without authorization.
Violation of this policy may result in immediate account suspension or termination.
8. Limitation of Liability
Kridona is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that generated applications will be error-free, secure, or fit for any particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kridona's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Platform is limited to the amount you paid to Kridona in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Kridona is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.
9. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Kridona may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or fail to pay for services. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. You may export your generated application code before deletion.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if necessary, through binding arbitration.
