The daily site diary is the backbone — weather, crew, hours and work done per site per day, with the command deck nagging until every live site has today's entry. Projects move up your own phase ladder with live progress from done tasks; the four-column tasks board covers every crew; materials track orders, deliveries and cost; the snag list keeps severity-first order. Budget health is computed from real spend: materials once they are delivered, plus logged crew hours at your labor rate — orders still on their way are shown beside it. The client portal is the heart of it: clients enter their project code + email and see a progress bar, the phase ladder with the current phase lit, and the latest diary notes WITH progress photos — money never leaves the console — while prospects send quote requests straight to your deck. When a client is due for news, one click composes the whole week — progress bar, current phase, diary notes with photos — and emails it to them from the app (bring your own Resend key in Integrations); the deck reminds you when 7 days have passed. Team accounts with owner-managed staff logins and one-time invite codes; every app runs on its own Cloudflare Worker with a private database.
