Guests carry RSVP status and meal preferences, changed in one tap as replies come in; vendors have category filtering and a payment status that moves as they are paid; and the monthly calendar shows every event at a glance. Build day-of timelines, track budgets by category, keep a per-event task checklist with priorities and completion %, and apply reusable templates that copy a timeline, tasks and budget categories onto a new event in one click.
