Internal tools builder

An internal tools builder for a small team

Build the internal tools your team runs on by describing them: staff logins, the records you keep and an admin panel — built and tested by AI.

01

Describe it

In your own words — what it does, who uses it, how it should look.

02

See the plan

Every screen laid out before a single credit is spent. Change anything.

03

It runs

Its own link, its own database, real logins — minutes later, not weeks.

The spreadsheet everyone edits, the board on the wall, the list in someone’s notebook — describe the work and Kridona turns it into one back-office app with a login for each person on the team.

What an internal tool usually needs

  • A login for every staff member, and roles for who may see and change what.
  • The records you actually keep — jobs, orders, stock, clients, shifts — in a real database.
  • An admin side for adding people and changing settings.
  • Lists you can search and filter, and boards you move things across.

Start from what you already have

Import the spreadsheet your team uses today (.xlsx or .csv) and the app is built around your columns.

Change it as the team does

When the way you work changes, ask for the change in the chat. It is made, put live and checked on the live page.

Under the hood

More ↓

Every app is a React application with its own Hono API on a Cloudflare Worker, its own private D1 database and real logins — live on its own link the moment it is built.

A description that works

Something like this, in your own words — you see the plan before anything is spent:

“An internal tool for my team of eight: every order from the shop goes on a board from received to packed to shipped, each person logs in to see what is theirs, and I have an admin page to add staff and see stock running low.”

Questions

Can different staff see different things?

Yes. Describe the roles — for example, that only managers see wages — and the app is built with those roles behind the login.

Can I start from our spreadsheet?

Yes. Import an .xlsx or .csv file and the app is built around its columns.

Do I need to know how to code?

No. You describe what the app should do in ordinary words, and you change it the same way afterwards, by asking in a chat. The code is there if you ever want it.

What does it cost?

A free account starts with 15 credits, enough for one full app and a change or two. A build costs 10 credits for an app of up to seven pages. Paid plans start at $39 a month for 40 credits.

Is the code mine?

Yes. Every file is readable from the first build, and you can download the whole project on every plan, the free one included. On a paid plan you can also put it on your own domain.
