Rooms are priced inventory: hourly rate, capacity, type and signature gear piece, with revenue-this-week per room. Book sessions on the room calendar with an engineer assigned to each; artists carry genre, sessions, hours and lifetime spend, counted from their sessions. The Engineers page ranks the crew by sessions and hours this month. Each session keeps its hours used, track count and notes. Analytics covers room utilization, revenue by genre and top artists by spend. Multi-user accounts with secure login; every copy runs on its own Cloudflare Worker with a private D1 database.
