9-page practice management system for small clinics in a 'Vitals Chart' identity — chart-mint background, deep pine teal, vitals coral, and an ECG-grid motif. Patients carry conditions and allergy badges with search across name, email and phone. The schedule is a day view with provider columns; booking hours, slot length and blocked dates are server-enforced, so out-of-hours bookings are refused by the backend. Billing records split every charge into insurance-covered and patient-owed with status tracking. Reports include revenue breakdown, provider workload, collection-rate donut and appointments by type — all hand-drawn charts. Your logo and clinic name brand the sign-in screen and the app's header. JWT authentication; every copy runs on its own Cloudflare Worker with a private D1 database.
