Tattoo studio OS — flash wall gallery, body-map booking requests, deposits & artist splits, client tattoo tracking
10-page tattoo studio OS with a hand-drawn parlor aesthetic: parchment flash-sheet cards on warm black, blackletter signage, and tattoo flash that draws itself in as you browse. The staff console runs the whole shop: Front Desk (the day at a glance), The Book (sessions through a 7-stage pipeline from inquiry to healed, with an SVG body-map placement on every session), Walk-Ins (quote and approve requests into bookings), the Black Book (clients with waiver status and skin notes), the Flash Wall (flash designs and healed-work photos — what is public here IS your portfolio site), The Chairs (artist roster with commission splits computed every month) and The Till (deposits, payments, house cut, 14-day takings). The public parlor is the heart of it: clients browse your wall by style, pick an artist, claim flash, and request a piece by tapping WHERE it goes on a body map — then track their tattoo by code + phone through quote, deposit, the chair and a 21-day healing counter with your aftercare card. Team accounts with JWT auth and invite codes; photo and logo uploads on your own storage; every app runs on its own Cloudflare Worker with a private D1 database.
